Use of School Fields for Sports
The use of ALSD school site fields is managed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Please inquire with the city for the use of our fields.
Use of Facilities
To request the use of a school facility please download "Facilities Use Application Packet". Please review ALSD regulations for use and insurance requirements. Submit the Application portion and all applicable addendums to Facilities@alsd.org.*
District personnel will review the Application, verify the availability of the requested dates and then contact the site for final approval. Please do not contact the site for approval or to request the status of your application. When the processing of your application is complete you will receive an email from ALSD Facilities staff. Please follow the directions in the email if your application was approved. ALSD requires 10 business days to process an application.
All Applications for all school sites are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
All approved applicants must have a current Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement in the amount of $1,000,000 on file with the District. The Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement must name the Alta Loma School District and CSRM, JPA as additionally insured.
All fees, if applicable, are due in the District’s Business Office seven (7) days prior to date of use.
*Applications may also be obtained at and submitted to the District Support Center in Building B by the Transportation Department.
