    Use of Facilities

    Certificate of Liability Insurance


    When requesting use of school facilities, please complete the Application and Permit for Use of School Facilities and submit to the District Office address. Applications are also available at the District Office. Your application will be reviewed and verified for site availability and approval. All applicants must have on file a current liability insurance certificate of $1,000,000 naming the Alta Loma School District as an additional insured.
     
    All fees, if applicable, are due in the District’s Business Office seven (7) days prior to date of use.
