Hello Bulldog Families! It is with immense excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as your new principal. My name is Bridget Travis, and I am honored to be joining the Bulldog community. I know Banyan Elementary is known for its strong community spirit and dedication to student growth, and I look forward to contributing to that rich tradition.

A little about me, I am a dedicated educational leader with over 16 years of experience focused on fostering high-performing learning environments. For the past several years, I have served as an Assistant Principal in the Alta Loma School District, specifically at Jasper Elementary and Stork Elementary, and briefly as an Interim Principal at Stork. In these roles, I gained extensive expertise in implementing instructional best practices, developing curriculum, and supervising staff.

My professional foundation includes a strong commitment to supporting all learners in an inclusive environment. Student success and well-being of every child is at the center of what I represent. I believe that collaboration with students, staff, and parents will ensure that Banyan Elementary continues to be a supportive, rigorous, and engaging place where every student can achieve excellence.

I am excited about the journey ahead and know that through communication and partnership we will continue to grow together. I look forward to meeting you in the coming weeks and throughout the school year.
