Welcome to the second semester, Viking Families! It’s hard to believe how quickly the year has flown by. Since August, we have shared so many meaningful moments and accomplishments such as successful and exciting volleyball, football, and soccer seasons; growth in our Math and Literacy/Reading i-Ready scores; the strengthening of our school culture as we welcomed many new Vikings; and the continuation of cherished traditions such as our Veteran’s Day assembly, theatre performances, Winter concerts, and celebrations of our PBIS recipients and Vikings of the Week. We were awarded our second Schools to Watch award and we are so proud as this is a prestigious honor for our students and staff for our efforts in academic excellence. In December, our sixth graders also enjoyed a memorable and successful camp experience.
