After an incredible first year, the Alta Loma School District is proud to once again partner with the Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga and the national nonprofit Shoes That Fit for our second annual Happy Feet fundraiser. Thanks to the generosity of our community, last year’s effort provided new athletic shoes and socks to 100 Alta Loma students in need. This year, we’re aiming even higher—with a goal of reaching 200 students across all ten of our school sites.
Shoes That Fit is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring every child has access to quality footwear. The right pair of shoes supports more than just comfort. It boosts confidence, encourages attendance, and helps students fully participate in their learning. With the help of our partners, we’re able to provide brand-name athletic shoes at a fraction of the retail cost—making every donation go further.
Our friends at the Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga continue to be essential partners in this effort. Guided by their motto, Service Above Self, and aligned with Alta Loma’s mission of Inspiring Learners for a Lifetime, this collaboration reflects a shared commitment to uplifting students and strengthening our community—one pair of shoes at a time.
If you would like to support this effort, you can visit our campaign page and make a donation of any amount. A $30 donation provides a new pair of shoes, and for just $5 more, socks are included. You can also scan the QR code on the flyer included.
Thank you for being part of a community that shows up for kids. Together, we can make sure every student starts the year with confidence from the ground up.
