Mental Health Resources
The Alta Loma School District is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of every student. We recognize that emotional wellness plays a vital role in a student's ability to learn, build relationships, and succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Our Mental Health Services team provides a continuum of school-based supports designed to meet students' individual needs. Services focus on promoting resilience, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and helping students overcome barriers that may impact their educational success.
Mental Health Services may include:
Individual and group mental health counseling
Crisis assessment and intervention
Risk assessments and safety planning
Short-term therapeutic support
Social-emotional skill development
Family consultation and support
Referrals and coordination with community mental health providers
Collaboration with school staff, Student Success Teams, and outside agencies
Mental health services provided through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, when appropriate
Our licensed mental health professionals partner with families, educators, and community agencies to provide compassionate, student-centered care in a safe and supportive environment. By working together, we help students develop the skills and confidence they need to manage challenges, build healthy relationships, and achieve success in school and beyond.
Alta Loma School District is dedicated to fostering a culture of wellness where every student feels supported, connected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
