Subject: A determination will be made, through a resolution, as to whether students in the Alta Loma School District have, or will have prior to the end of this fiscal year, sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, or both, in each subject that are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board of Education.

In addition, the Board of Trustees will certify that each pupil

in the District, in transitional kindergarten through grade eight, has been provided with a standards-aligned textbook or basic instructional materials in mathematics, reading/language arts, history/social science and science and that the instructional materials were purchased from an approved standards-aligned state adoption list as required by CCR, Title 5, Section 9531.
